Courses and events are offered in any of the five 'life' areas. Some areas complement another, and can easily be run on the same day or over multiple days.
We do not discuss Intellectual balance, but provide reading material references for personal development.
Our courses are run as individual or one-off courses through a multi-day event covering any one or all of the topics presented.
