Physical balance is more than looking good.
It involves eating patterns and habits, exercise, activity as well as general well being.
As we age, it can become harder to prepare a healthy meal, or eat a balanced meal.
Likewise exercise, sport or hobby interests may taper off with a shift in focus, injury or pain. Without Physical Balance we fall ill easier, have less energy and are less able to meet the day to day demands.
Martin Crawford of Inside Health & Fitness with Daniel Millton and Rachel Jeffery of Millton's Health Pages, present current understanding and options to achieve physical balance. Martin is a personal trainer with years of experience in injury recovery and achieving fitness lifestyle goals. Daniel and Rachel explain good and balanced eating in simple terms, emphasising eating options, weight management and general energy balance. Together their holistic approach to eating well and appropriate exercise will make physical balance realistic and achievable.
